In 2014-2015, I am a Visiting Assistant Professor at Oberlin College, in the Politics department and the Comparative American Studies program, where I hold a Consortium for Faculty Diversity postdoctoral fellowship. I am a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science at UCLA (expected fall 2014), specializing in political theory and race, ethnicity, and politics.

My research and teaching interests include the theory and practice of citizenship, transnational politics, the history of political thought, feminist theory, and race and ethnicity in the Americas.
